This feature has just been added to our list of layouts.
Technically not really a layout, but, a way for the customer to change his/her website whenever they choose. Site Layout #1 or #2 can be used, future endeavors will include full customized sites.
The background, title bar and navigation will stay the same, but the content, such as pictures and text, can be changed at anytime without the need to buy any software. In later time, stores can be added by client to have your own E-store, all kept up to date and online by the customer.

Pros-	Fully changeable by the customer and can be kept up to date with no software to download. Less expensive than if you wanted FormaCom to update your site frequently.
Cons-	Slightly more expensive , including the monthly fee being more, small amount of training is involved to show the customer how to work the server side website builder, a training fee is involved.

All in all, if I was a customer with minimal to no amount of experience in building websites, yet, I wanted my website updated frequently , this is the option I would choose.  It is a more expensive to choose to use this option, compared to a static website in the layout #1 or #2 form, but not as expensive when you think of all the charges a website company would invoke on you to update your website on a frequent basis.  Some training is involved , it is easy enough that someone with no experience in website building will pick up easily over time and will be making large changes in thier website in no time with ease.
